Picture this | Putney High celebrates 125 years of trailblazing alumnae

In celebration of the school’s 125th anniversary, Putney High commissioned a series of portraits of 12 trail-blazing alumnae, who attended the school over the generations and have gone on to make their mark in the world. The portraits were taken by Anita Corbin, the artist behind the critically acclaimed First Women UK exhibition and herself a Putney alumna, and unveiled by the subjects themselves at a special gala evening held at the school before Christmas.
