Headington Rye Oxford brought F. Scott Fitzgerald’s great Jazz Age novel to the stage recently, with four sold-out performances

Headington Rye Oxford brought F. Scott Fitzgerald’s iconic Jazz-Age novel The Great Gatsby to the stage recently, delivering four sold out performances. There were over 70 pupils involved in cast and crew, with over 50 of those joining the cast. Choreography, live music and direction were also provided by pupils.

A long-established through school for girls aged 11-18 Headington Rye Oxford is located to the east of the city, and with a separate prep school – Headington Rye Oxford Prep – located close by. From September 2024, the prep school welcomes boys up to the age of 11,
