With a stellar track record in multiple sports and exceptional facilities and opportunities, Millfield Prep has been named UK’s best for eleven years
Millfield Prep School has carried off the crown again, having been named the UK’s Best Sports School for eleven years.
The news comes as Millfield Swimmers become IAPS National Champions for a record 37th (girls) and 23rd (boys) consecutive year, Meanwhile, U12 boys cricket have been crowned county champions and pupils have made the podium at an IAPS Tennis Tournament.
The Glastonbury, Somerset prep has exceptional sports facilities and encourages all pupils to represent it at sport, regardless of individual sporting talent. It runs around 60 school teams and pupils can also try out lots of different activities through the extensive clubs and activities programme. Separate B team tournaments are run, as far as possible, to give late developers and younger pupils the chance to shine and progress.
